Refund Policy

We aim for every transaction to go smoothly. Here is when refunds apply:

SMS Activations / Numbers

Refunds are issued if no OTP is delivered within 10 minutes and the number has not been used. Contact support within 30 minutes of the order.

Digital Account Purchases

Refunds are issued if the delivered account does not match the listing description or access credentials are invalid. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours.

Wallet Top-Ups

Wallet credits are non-refundable once added to your balance. If a payment was charged but funds were not credited, contact support with your payment reference.
