By accessing or using Lulilogs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the platform for illegal purposes.

2. Payments & Wallet

All wallet top-ups are processed via Paystack or PaymentPoint and are subject to their terms. Wallet credits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Digital Assets & SMS Activations

All sales are final unless the delivered asset materially differs from the listing. SMS activations are consumed immediately on delivery and are non-refundable.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape the platform, or use it for spam, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
